Rumours continue to circulate about coronavirus in Egypt after several countries including France declared people have been infected with the virus after returning from Egypt.
A source in the health committee in the Egyptian House of Representatives said that this showsthat quarantine measures have failed. A source told Mada Masr that those coming from abroad should be examined before they enter the country because we are facing an international epidemic. The source added that the Ministry of Health is lenient with travellers arriving in the country, although other countries have started screening passengers.
