Madbouly directed all the ministries and relevant authorities to take the necessary measures to prevent any celebrations or mass events, with the need to deal decisively with the markets and cafes that violate the implementation of the precautionary decisions and to close them immediately.
In the same context, Dr. Mohamed Awad Taj Al-Din, Sisi’s advisor, warned citizens not to adhere to the restrictions taken to prevent the outbreak of the coronavirus. He stressed that if the people did not adhere to the measures, the state would be forced to close.
